The first time I went live on the radio I totally freaked out. I went in confident because I've been on the radio before I knew that I was doing, but just being behind that live mic that set me off. I froze up like I was in a block of ice for a few seconds, but one quick second later and I was like a snowboarder pushing off at the starting line in a race. I suddenly took off and rushed through my script. I was so embarrassed because I was saying to some of my friends in the class that I had done shows on the radio before but there I was screwing up epically.

But the second time I was live on the radio went off without a hitch. I spoke calmly and concisely as though I have been doing this all my life. Although I still stutter during a news read sometimes. Hopefully I stop stuttering with the more experience I gain by going live on the air weekly. Our show is live every Wednesday at noon till one.
