Solo News and Adult Happy Meal!?!

If you heard me on the radio today, I performed abysmally. I had such a hard time reading the news while working the board, just having the script stand where I thought it was OK last semester was too far away for this semester and when I moved it closer things got better but only a little bit. I ended up having to hold it in my hand in being totally unable to actually press buttons in a timely fashion. I think I need a stand that I can clip on to the edge of the desk that I can just look around to see the board when I need to press something.

Yesterday my alarm clock died on me, and I ended up getting up at 9:20 instead of seven in the morning. Which really sucks because it meant my morning was a rush to do everything, also I had that alarm clock for almost a decade, it was also a cube, do you know how hard it is to find cube shaped alarm clocks?

But later that day I asked my friend Spencer to take me to Walmart so I could buy a new one. And after that we went to McDonald's for dinner and you would not believe what they had… ADULT HAPPY MEALS, OK not really. Spencer and I were just joking around that it looked like I had an adult happy meal because I was eating chicken Nuggets and my new alarm clock looked like it was a toy that came with the combo.

Is anyone else upset about McDonald's not having adult happy meals in Canada too? I mean why not they are doing it in the USA why not here?
